Gabe Chimienti

My name is Gabe Chimienti and I am the owner/operator of Bumblebee Lawn Care. I started my company in 2016, as a junior at Northville High School. I always loved to work outdoors at my parent's house, so I figured cutting lawns for other people would be a great way for me to make some extra spending money. In my first year in business, I went door to door in my neighborhood asking everyone I could if they'd consider hiring me to take care of their lawn. After days and days of knocking, I had secured 8 lawns that I'd be taking care of for the rest of the season. I showed up each week in my mom's Ford Flex, towing behind a luggage rack that I would lift my dad's lawnmower into. It definitely wasn't a pretty setup... but it got the job done. More importantly, my customers loved the attention to detail and the high quality of service I provided.

Fast forward to now, Bumblebee Lawn Care has grown significantly since our start in 2016. While we (thankfully) no longer operate with a Ford Flex and an old push mower, our attention to detail and quality of work remain the reasons why our customers love us.
